THROUGH THE TELEHEALTH SERVICES, WE SEEK TO OFFER THE USER:

  • Ease of access and availability of care services (medical consultation and other professionals such as psychology and nutrition) in quality conditions.
  • Reduce user travel (resident in remote sites) to receive medical care as it allows remote care or monitoring with ICT at home.
  • Reduce waiting times (both in making the diagnosis and in the treatment), avoiding complications due to lack of timely attention.
  • Facilitates patient education in preventive medicine and public health.
  • Decongests health services in outpatient clinics and outpatient programs.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE ATTENDED BY TELECONSULTATION

  • Program users who freely agree to receive this type of care.
  • Senior citizens or users under 18 years of age whose physical condition limits their leaving home.
  • Users who live outside the urban area (includes other municipalities or metropolitan area and other countries)
  • User who has authorization from the EAPB for the respective consultation.
  • Users who have a mobile phone, tablet or computer with a camera to receive the video call
